He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Mabie (Messler). He is survived by: his father Howard G. Leonard of Homosassa; his daughter Carrie M. Leonard of New Jersey; his sister Elizabeth Hricko (David) of New Jersey; his half-siblings, Adam Mabie and Leslie Mabie of Pennsylvania; and his stepsiblings, Ricky Pulsifer of Pennsylvania, Scott Pulsifer of Pennsylvania, Danny Pulsifer of Pennsylvania and Darlene Pulsifer of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
