He was predeceased by: his father Francis Blanchard; his son Michael Blanchard; and his siblings, Marie Blanchard Francour, John Blanchard and Francis "Doc" Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Blanchard (Stewart) of Newburyport; his daughter Michele Webber (Blanchard) of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Codi and Brandon Doucette; his brother Donald Blanchard (Cheryl); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Blanchard of Rowley and Ronald Francour of Amesbury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
