Roger Parmenter Obituary

We bid farewell to Roger Parmenter of Newburyport, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 1, 2025 at the age of 88. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parmenter Sr. and Blanche Page Parmenter; and his siblings, Charles, Florence and Leslie.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan A. Gallien Linda (Charles); his close friend Kim Harris of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Joseph Gallien, Michael Gallien, Craig Spyropoulos Kelsey Parmenter (Ashley), Kyle Parmenter, Michael Bresnahan and Alex Landry; his great grandchildren, Cody Gallien, Devon Gallien, Roman Gallien, Matthew Beauregard and Hadley Spyropoulos; and his brother Everett Parmenter of Leominster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright-Roy Funeral Home, Inc. (109 West St, Leominster, MA 01453). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
