With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Waters of Newburyport, Massachusetts, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on October 24, 2023 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William H. Waters to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Millard Waters and Ruth Deery Waters; and his sister Byrl Ann Waters. He is survived by : his children, Deborah B. Ford (Tim) of Milton, MA, Charles M. Waters (Paige) of Newburyport, MA and Geoffrey L. Waters (Mica) of Portland, OR; and his grandchildren, Geoffrey Ford, Gabrielle Waters, Alexandra Waters, Madison Ford, Luke Waters, Cameron Ford and Sofia Waters.

Bev Owen wrote a sympathy message

“I worked as Dr. Waters's office manager for over 18 years, but before that time, he was our family dentist. When I heard that Fran retired, I called him and asked if he would be interested in having me work for him as I had the expertise to run the office, and I knew him for many years and thought it would be a nice place to work. Dr. Waters was an excellent boss, an outstanding dentist, and a friend to me and my family. So sorry for your loss. We share your grief. God bless. Bev & Bill Owen.”
