She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard R. Betts and Madeleine Betts (Quintainne); her husband James R. Wagner; and her sister-in-law Audrey W. Elam of Oak Ridge, TN. She was also cherished by two nieces and three nephews.
