He is survived by: his children, Maddie Anzivino of Newton, Marie (Paul DiBacco), Irene Caira (Mark) of Townsend, Al (Ingrid Caira) and Gerry (Mary Caira); his grandchildren, Michelle Anzivino, Paul DiBacco, Anthony, Lisa Caira, Nick, Caitlin Caira and Francis Caira; his great grandchildren, Emily and Gavin; and his sister Lola Toomey of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
