Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Alice leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Levi Perry and Annabelle Josephine Perry (Bishop); and her son John Jay Ellsworth III. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tracy Clark, Ashley Ellsworth and John Ellsworth IV. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In 1957, Alice and John had a son named John Jay Ellsworth III, who died in 2020 after becoming a paraplegic and contracting COVID-19.
