He is survived by: his sister Anna Cucchi (Visco); his wife Antonia Visco (Sabatini); his close friend Donato Rufo; his daughter Silvana Morrill (Steven); and his granddaughters, Michela and Danielle Morrill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donato's memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
