He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Towvim Murad; and his parents, David Murad and Naomi Murad (Abed). He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Feit (Ira), Sylvia Hoffmann (George), Velda Murad and Howard Murad (Mara); his nephews, Richard Feit, Ethan, Eliana, Emelia Feit and Robert Feit; his great-nephew Nathan; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Murad, Yvan Murad (Richard), Laura Hoffmann (Ryan), Joshua Towvim, Daniel Towvim (Geri) and Adam Towvim (Laura).
