He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Carol Wool; his daughters, Miriam Dreyer (Jacob Vincent) and Naomi Dreyer; his grandsons, Nathan and Jonah Vincent; and his sister Selma Brown (Walter).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to World Central Kitchen, The New Israel Fund, or Dimmock Community Health Center.
