We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2025, Joan H. Saklad of Newton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Joan's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Joan's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Martin J. "Doc" Saklad. She is survived by: her sons, Laurence Saklad (Laura) of Marlborough and Steven Saklad (Michelle) of Marlborough; her granddaughter Amanda; her son Scott Saklad (Lisa Progin Saklad) of Sudbury; and her grandchildren, Matthew (Olivia), Marc, Ryan and Tyler.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Bullfinchs Restaurant (730 Boston Post Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776).
