She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Woods and Helen Woods (Ward); and her siblings, Rev. James A. Woods (SJ) and Ann Dunn. She is survived by: her sister Elinor Woods of Newton; and her nieces and nephews, Thomas Dunn (Eileen) of Hingham, Christopher Dunn (Nancy) of Hanover, Diane Landall (Erik) and Maryann Sterin (Jay). She is also survived by many grand nephews and nieces as well as great grand nephews and niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathleen's memory to Woods College of Advancing Studies at Boston College, 140 Commonwealth Avenue, St. Mary's Hall South, Chestnut Hill.
