Lai Mui Yu Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2025, at the age of 94, Lai Mui Yu of Newton, Massachusetts, born in Canton, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lai Mui Yu to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lai Mui shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lai Mui farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her sons, William, Robert and Jack; and her grandchildren, Max, Chloe and Preston.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. S. Waterman Langone Chapel (580 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lai Mui's memory to the Chinese Progressive Association, 28 Ash Street, Boston, MA 02111.
