She was predeceased by : her parents, Biagio Lombardi and Geraldine Lombardi (Tocci). She is survived by : her husband Joseph F. Antonellis; her children, Donna M. Vona of Newton, Lisa A. Mazzola of Watertown and Mark A. Antonellis (Sandra) of Framingham; her grandchildren, Amanda Mazzola, Taryn Velazquez (David), Brendan Mazzola (Kate), Jenna Vona and Chris Vona (Margot); her great grandchildren, Maximus, AnaLisa, Jack and Gavin; and her sister Janet Edsall Fields (Alan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Joyce Funeral Home (245 Main St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Help of Christians Church (573 Washington St, Newton, MA 02458).

Lynne and Janice Romanelli lit a candle

Her warmth, caring and love was evident to anyone who was fortunate to be in her prescence. She always made us feel like we were the most important people in the room We will never ever forget her. “Dear Donna, Lisa, Mark and Janet, I am so so sorry I couldnt pay my last respects to my auntie/cousin Marilyn, I was in Florida visiting my sister Lynne. I had the trip planned for awhile but felt horrible missing it. I loved her so much! We were so lucky to call her auntie, cousin, friend!!! There is no replacing that special woman but we were all lucky to have her in our life!! If you need anything done please let me know!
