He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth (Betty) and Charles; and his siblings, Brian, Maryann, Chris and Kevin.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Donovan (Fernandez); his siblings, Charlie (Kathleen), Tom (late Trish), Beth (Pat Burns), Steven (Patsy), Phil (Sally Klingel), Meg (Bryan) and Priscilla (Rick); his in-laws, Karen (Brian), Robert (Marianne) and Sue (Kevin); Christine (Rodrigo), Sarah (Brian), Betsy (George), Martha (Dan) and Broderick. He is also survived by cousins, his 26 nieces and nephews and their families; and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Parish of Auburndale (64 Hancock St, Newton, MA 02466).
