We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2025, at the age of 91, Mary Jane Herrmann in Newton, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gaiser and Cathrine Gaiser (Moore); and her husband Dr. John B. Herrmann. She is survived by: her children, Christian Herrmann (Susan Serenska) of Westport, CT, Karen Marr (Jeremy) of Boise, ID and Mark Herrmann (Deborah Bailey) of Wellesley, MA.; and her grandchildren, EJ Herrmann (Christian), Tucker, Dixie Marr (Karen), Bailey and Abigail Herrmann (Mark).
