She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur T. Skarin, MD; her parents, Stephen Walter and Lila Walter; and her siblings, Ellen Walter, Hazel Walter, Merle Walter, Ray Walter, Norman Walter and Lilah Brown.
She is survived by: her son Jon K. Skarin (Kathleen Glunz Skarin); her grandson Matthew A. Skarin of Charlestown; and her sibling Jean Ibbotson (Dick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
