He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Avis G. Jacobson; his son Arthur Jacobson (Robin Seidman); his grandchildren, Ross and Jase Jacobson; his sister-in-law Roslyn Glattman Hirsch; and his sibling's children, Andrew, Gordon, Delling, Eric, Mark and Shara.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park Chapel (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at the same location.
