He was predeceased by: his wives, Laura Silin (Oram) and Roberta Raphael (Lait); and his siblings, Gale and Richard. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Samuels (David) and Harry Raphael (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Justin Samueli (Rakefet), Hillary Glick (Brian), Bradley Samuels, Tyler Raphael (Maria), Madison Raphael and Grant Raphael (Katie).

A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shara Tfilo Cemetery (776 Baker St, West Roxbury, MA 02132).

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of one's choice.
