She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Bona and Anna Bona (Toniatti); her husband Osvaldo "Aldo" B. Sartori; and her siblings, Albert Bona, Alfred Bona, Gino Bona, John Bona and Mary Gleba.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Sartori Nelson (Bern Goepner) of Newington, CT; and her grandchildren, Dennis C. Sartori of North Adams, Mark A. Sartori of Pittsfield, Robert E. Sartori of Adams, Elizabeth Nelson Resnisky (Matthew) of Deep River, CT and Christopher Nelson (Sarah) of North Stonington, CT..
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church (70 Marshall St, North Adams, MA 01247). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UCP of Berkshire County (https://ucpwma.org); BFAIR, or Guidewire, who continue to provide loving care to her three sons whom Doris and Aldo adored.
