She was predeceased by: her husband Robert T. Leitch; and her siblings, Bertha Jones, Emma Schneider, Louise Owczarski, John and George Schwab.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert R. Leitch, MD (Patritia Leitch) of Amherst and James J. Leitch (Mary Leitch) of Adams; her granddaughters, Sushene, Willow and Katherine; her great grandchildren, Madelanne and River; Garrett, Wesley and Colton.
