It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evelyn Ann Davis of North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 98, on October 18, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gardzina and Victoria Gardzina (Zdon); her husband William A. Davis; her son Daniel; and her siblings, Genevieve Ferdin, Helen Brendza, Emily Suprenant Harrington, Joseph, Edward, John, Daniel, Francis and Stanley.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Davis Farrell; her son-in-law Michael P. Farrell; her granddaughter Colleen of Austin, Texas; and her sister-in-law Nancy Gardzina of Aiken, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and great nieces, as well as several nephews and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home (521 W Main St, North Adams, MA 01247). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Patrick and Raphael Church (54 Southworth St, Williamstown, MA 01267). Evelyn's family is forever grateful for the compassionate care given to her by the nurses, nurses aides, and staff at Williamstown Commons, especially throughout the Covid Pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires, the Alzheimer's Association of America, or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, all through the funeral home.
