With sadness, we share the passing of Kathleen Marie Wheeler of North Adams, Massachusetts. Kathleen, born on August 2, 1954 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pires and Elizabeth Pires (Killackey) of Pittsfield. She is survived by: her husband W. Mark Wheeler; her children, Christie (Pat Ingoldsby), Marissa (Greg Colcord), Kelly Wheeler and Bobby Wheeler; her grandchildren, Braden, Ashlyn Ingoldsby, Lane and Annie Colcord; and her siblings, Maureen Iafeliece, Bonnie Sinopoli, Alex Pires and Joey Pires. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home (521 W Main St, North Adams, MA 01247).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Berkshire Visiting Nurses Association (BVNA) Client Needs Fund.
