With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ellen Dean of North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Jeanton and Elizabeth M. Jeanton (Cassidy); her daughter Mary Elizabeth Dean; and her siblings, Fred Jeanton, Jr., Jeanne McDonough and Alice Jarisch.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. "Pop" Dean; her children, Jill Dean of Melrose, MA, Thomas Dean (Lisa Flaherty) of North Adams and Elizabeth Fox (Andrew) of Waterford, NY; her grandsons, Johnathan Dean, Christian Dean and Jacob Fox; and her sister-in-law Connie Garvie of North Adams. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
