She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph and Alice Mary O'Brien (Cahill); and her sister Geraldine Page. She is survived by: her daughter Deirdre Forde of Florida, MA; her grandchildren, Dylan Forde (Christina), Emberley Forde, Erik Vazquez and Connor Vazquez; her great grandchild Annette; and her siblings, Karen Famiglio (Robert) of Media, PA and Paul O'Brien (Anna) of Havelock, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
