He is survived by : his parents, Chester Kuklewicz and Mary Kuklewicz (Wood); his son Michael Chester Barnes of North Adams; his siblings, Joseph Kuklewicz (Michelle), Richard Kuklewicz and Cheryl McLaughlin (Ron Ordway); his close friend Kellie Barnes of North Adams; his pet Millie; his parents-in-law, Thomas and Nancy Giardina; his aunt Lee; and his uncle Jean Morgan.

Memorial donations may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society or HospiceCare in the Berkshires in care of FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA 01247.
