She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Ross, Connie Dragnett and Richard Penn; and her children, David Carr Jr., Donna Boggus, Tammy Carr and Michael Carr. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, and as a loving wife whose devotion to her family.
