He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy K. Westfall and Golda May Westfall (Prunty); his daughter Susan Westfall; and his brother Donald Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Westfall (Higgins); his children, Terry Sue Ham, Regina Fay Clark, Kim Santelli, Carol Wells, Deborah Lynn Ratcliff, Willard Jarnagin, John Jarnagin, Keith Jarnagin and Russell Wesley Westfall Jr.; and his sister Karen Keys. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
