She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Michaud and Marie Anna Michaud (Ross); her husband John Terry; and her brothers, Napoleon, John, Edward, Albert, Louis, Henry, Raymond and Robert Michaud.
She is survived by: her children, Donut Shop, Robert Akatyszewski (Laura) of Hampton, CT, Richard Akatyszewski (Shelly) of Hollis, NH, Debra Nearing (Bruce) of North Reading, Patricia Rutkowski (Henry) of Salem, John Akatyszewski (Pattie) of Salem and Carol Ann Julien (Scott) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Diana Sanborn (Akatyszewski), James Akatyszewski (Jocelyn), Kathryn Rutkowski, Jennifer (Scott Arcuri), Johanni (Christian Monaco), Markus Akatyszewski, Katalina Manon, Caitlin Nearing, Emily Nearing, Ava Akatyszewski, Christopher Nearing, Jonathan Rutkowski and Valerie Akatyszewski; her great grandchildren, Cassidy Akatyszewski, Anna Sanborn, Scarlett Arcuri, Logan Akatyszewski and Lucas Arcuri; her great great grandchild Adriel Akatyszewski; her sisters, Lorraine Southam (Michaud) of Ormond Beach, FL, Joan Peters (Michaud) of Cranston, RI and Marie Harrison (Michaud); and her stepchildren, Deborah Pierce (Terry) of Carrabassett, ME, Susan Stanley (Mizioch) of Danvers, Mark Terry of Casco, ME and Brian Terry of Hampton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In November 1964, Alice and her husband Ziggy became the founders, owners, and operators of Ziggy & Sons' Donut Shop on 2 Essex Street in Salem, where Alice happily worked for 55 years until the pandemic in 2020.
