He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Cavazza and Maria Cavazza (Angelieri); his wife Sally (Accolla); his great grandchild Mackenzie; and his brother Felice Cavazza.

He is survived by: his children, Steven A. Cavazza (Laurie) of Andover, Susan S. Donahue (Richard) of Andover and Diane M. Cavazza of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Kristen Hemstreet (Ricky) of Townsend and Ryan Donahue (Lexi) of Andover; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Alice and Corvan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
