He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Bowers Jr. and Betty Lee Bowers (Kubicek); and his stepmother Ruth B. Bowers (Wenzel). He is survived by: his sister Lori Nutter (Rodney Nutter, family: Zachary Nutter, Timothy Nutter, Sydney Nutter) of Bradford; his aunt Joan Lee of Silver Spring; and his brothers, Bob Zapert (Karen McDonald) of Framingham and Paul Zapert (Pat Zapert) of Dracut. He is also survived by family; along with many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home and Cremation Service (80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844).
