She was predeceased by: her father Gaetano Mandatta; her husband Everett J. Malcolm Jr.; and her siblings, Philip, Dominic, Pat, Irish, Thomas Mandatta and Minnie Lucksavage.
She is survived by: her children, Everett J. Malcolm III (Robin) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, James Malcolm (Judy) of Jacksonville, FL, Marcia Hack (late Walter Hack) of Fanwood, NJ and Jane O'Reilly (George) of Andover, MA.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Collins (John), David Hack (Christina), Casey Bradford (David), Rebecca Smith (Andy), Sarah Malcolm, Mark O'Reilly (Shila), Michael O'Reilly (Tara) and Maggie O'Reilly. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
She also enjoyed needle point and knitting, making sweaters for all of the family and many items for charity.
