He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger B. Kellogg and Isabelle Kellogg (Stockwell). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kellogg of North Andover; and his children, Michael Kellogg (Pam) and Mary Pallazola (Jon). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
