It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy C Higgins of North Andover, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wilkins (Tarasevich) and Cornelius Wilkins; her husband George R. Higgins; and her brother Raymond Wilkins. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Koep of Thousand Oaks, CA, Patti Bado (Peter) of Marietta, GA, Robert Higgins (Jane) of Windham, NH and Donna Foley (Ed) of Kennett Square, PA; her grandchildren, Alyson Wheeler (Higgins), Tim Bado, Sean Bado, Melissa Lohmann (Higgins), Patrick Higgins and Sarah Koep; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Wheeler, Bennett Bado, Parker Bado and Callum Wheeler.
