He was predeceased by: his father James Hart. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer (Michael Collins) of North Andover; his grandchildren, Declan Collins of New York City and Bridget Collins of Cambridge; his siblings, Patricia Hart of Dennis and Alan Hart; and his pet Lucas.
