He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sheedy and Elizabeth Sheedy; his sisters, Marie and Claire; his wife Alice; his siblings, Paul (late Eleanor) and Betty; his sons, John (Julie) and Paul (Jean); his grandchildren, John (Amber), Kathleen, Grace, Maggie, Brendan and Meghan; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Niall. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his honor.
