He was predeceased by: his father Douglas J. Slattery. He is survived by: his mother Lois Slattery (Simas) of North Andover; his wife Patricia M. Slattery (Raposo); his parents-in-law, Manny and Connie Raposo of Malden; his sister Jennifer DiFonte (Mark) of North Andover; his siblings-in-law, Peter Raposo of Malden and Sandra Amaro (Dimas) of Taunton; and his nephews, Matthew (Isabella) and Brandon (Kylie).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conte Funeral Home - North Andover (17 3rd St, North Andover, MA 01845). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (196 Main St, North Andover, MA 01845).
