He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Voulgaris and Angela Voulgaris (Ziavras). He is survived by: his wife Eleni Voulgaris (Frintzila) of North Andover; his children, Petros Voulgaris (Lesley Dokos) of Milton, MA, Panos Voulgaris (Shannon) of Exeter, NH and Angela Voulgaris of North Andover; and his grandsons, Nicholas, James, George, Charley Voulgaris and Jonathan Sacchetti.
