He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Provost and Ruth Provost (Melvin); and his sister Mary Agnes Provost. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Provost (Minihan); his son Leonard (Kristina) of Newbury, MA; his grandchildren, Bridget and Charlie Provost; his siblings, Mark (Nancy), Catherine DiGiusto and Claire Madelle (John); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Minihan and Diane Minihan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
