She is survived by: her pets, Bruno and Poa; her husband Anthony Spagnolo; her son Michael Spagnolo; her grandson Anthony Spagnolo; her sister Tania Iagallo; her cousins, Teresa Dunleavy, Janet Chirichiello and Diane Troiano; and her friends, Lisa Leo and Kristine Holloran.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's memory to Second Chance Boxer Rescue or Compassionate Care Hospice in Woburn.
