He is survived by: his wife Jeanne McIsaac; his children, James F., John V., Janet Garland, Judith Jellison and Jacalyn Osterman; his stepchildren, Justin Smith and Mien Sokha; and his sisters-in-law, Angela McIsaac and Betty McIsaac. He is also survived by his six children, 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
