She is survived by: her children, Karen E. Grimm of Murfreesboro, TN, Kenneth A. Grimm of Pine Prairie, LA, David W Grimm, Sr. (Patty) of Leominster, MA and Patricia A Grimm (Christina Klein) of North Andover; and her brother-in-law George A Grimm (Joy) of Manchester, MD. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The many charities that Phyllis supported faithfully include the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, First United Methodist Church of North Andover, PFLAG, The Jimmy Fund, and local food banks.
