Richard E. Coleman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard E. Coleman of North Andover, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Richard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Richard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Coleman and Ethel E. Coleman (Dickison). He is survived by: his wife Sally Coleman (Shaw) of North Andover; his children, Brian Coleman (Margot Edwards) of Westborough, MA and Darcie Coleman (Jenna Macy) of Lowell, MA.; his brother George Coleman of Avalon, NJ; and his grandchildren, Hope Coleman-Plourde, Sadie Coleman-Plourde and Raziyah Macy.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Andover Unitarian Universalist Church (190 Academy Rd, North Andover, MA 01845).
