He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Eddy and Elizabeth Eddy (Brennan); his brother Brian Eddy; and his sister-in-law Susan Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Eddy; his children, Robert W. Eddy (Christine), Benjamin Eddy (Tara), Meredith Cafua (Greg), Jonathan Eddy (Amy) and Nicholas Eddy (Beth); his grandchildren, Jack, Will, Elliot, Harper, Caleb, Laney, Callen, Landon, Quinn, Emilia, Lucy, Harry and Dylan; and his siblings, Susan Lee (Eddy), Carolyn Eddy Symonick (Donnie) and Howard Eddy (Karen).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Conte Funeral Home - North Andover (17 3rd St, North Andover, MA 01845). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Michael's Church (196 Main St, North Andover, MA 01845). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery (185 Lake St, Peabody, MA 01960).
