It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Ward of North Andover, Massachusetts, born in Everett, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ward and Anna Ward (Carlin); his son Willie; and his sister Carole White. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ward (Breslin); his children, Thomas Ward Jr. (Cheryl) of Amesbury Ma, Christine Conroy (Doug) of Wakefield Ma, Kevin Ward of Wakefield Ma and Tianna DeRosa; his grandchildren, Kayne Correa, Evan DeRosa, Michael, Brian Conroy, Justine, Victoria DiFranco, Jason, Cassie Ward and Natalie Canney; his great grandchildren, Cass, Mia, Olivia, Brian, Joseph and Xyla; his brother Ron Ward (Elaine) of Beverly; and his close friend Robert Hubbard.
