She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Chlebek and Adela Chlebek (Bozak); and her siblings, Barbara Nahas and Albert Chlebek. She is survived by: her children, Diana M. Duffy (Paul) of Attleboro, Robert T. Sirois (Lynn) of North Attleboro, Kenneth W. Sirois Jr. of North Attleboro and Michael J. Sirois (Amy) of Seekonk; her brother Robert J. Chlebek of North Attleboro; her grandchildren, Cameron, Delaney, Corey, Lyndsey, Madison and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Kolton, Mannix and Kali; Riley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (57 Division St, Manville, RI 02838).
