Smith of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, born in Norton, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bruce H. Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy L. Smith (Titus) of Norton; his son Timothy W. Smith, Sr. of North Providence; his siblings, Bruce H. Smith, Jr. (Kathleen) of North Belmore, Tammy L. Smith of Attleboro and Gail A. Lambert (late Robert Lambert) of North Attleboro; his grandchildren, Timothy W. Smith, Jr., Jaden J. Smith and Amaya Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce Smith, Ryan Smith and Casey Smith.

Burial will be held privately at the Norton Common Cemetery in Norton and those wishing may remember Billy with a donation in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, 40 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
