In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Clare had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Clare may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roach and Clare Roach Burgun (Harrington); her stepfather James Burgun of Canton, MA.; and her brother John Roach. She is survived by: her husband Phil Lund; her siblings, Therese Johnson (David) of Topsham, ME and Audry Busa of Canton; her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Hughes of Fort Myers, FL and Scott Lund (Claire) of Norwell, MA; and her daughter-in-law Katrina Lund of Bolton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Clare's memory may be made to the Buzzards Bay Coalition, where she and Phil volunteered for years as citizen scientists, or to The 300 Committee Land Trust.
