Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joan Phelan of North Reading, Massachusetts, born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 74, on June 11, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lopes and Aurore (Levasseur). She is survived by: her sons, William D. Phelan III (Amy) and John M. Phelan (Jamie); her sisters, Maureen Longo (Ernie), Donna Lopes, Roberta Monroe (David) and Linda Monteith (Luke); her sister-in-law Susan Buckley; her grandchildren, Katie Morin (Adam), William D. Phelan IV, Ava and Grant Phelan; and her great grandchild Claire Morin. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
