He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Carol Caruso; his parents, Herbert J. McHowell and Frances McHowell (Dolan); his child Laurie Plantamuro of Salem; his grandchildren, Alex Plantamuro and Rebecca Alice Plantamuro; his stepdaughter Jodi Glazebrook; his sister Elaine Navratil of Arizona; his brother-in-law Richard Caruso (Carolyn); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Caruso Cabrera, Bethany Caruso, Richard Caruso and Kenneth Caruso.
